We offer a free consultation. A consultation is an in depth 30-minute process that allows the customer to speak with a representative one on one and design the perfect cane for him or her. The customer is asked to share what they would like out of a cane and different designs and attributes can be discussed. During this time the customer is often offered several different canes in different price ranges that will fit that customer's requests. Sizing and attributes are discussed and the customer can choose to order then or to place their order on the website after. Consults can be set up for multiple customers together as well, as in when placing a gift order for a family member or associate. This can be set up by phone.
