Please note that it may take up to 25 working days (excluding weekends) to craft your cane from the time your order was submitted. Then, orders will be delivered within 5-30 working days after the order is processed.

You will receive the tracking details via email when the order reaches the shipping department. At which time, you will get an email with a tracking number for your order. Please check your spam folder if you can't see one in your main inbox.
